A note of humility
EchoAnalyst cannot see what the Spirit is doing in a heart. It only keeps track of what a conversation shows: what the seeker said, and what they say they will do next.
Why this was never possible
Reviewable means both sides said enough to learn from: at least two messages each way on most channels (three on website chat, one on email). A shorter conversation is not read, and it is not counted toward your bill.
A careful review takes an hour, and a ministry can hold hundreds of thousands of conversations a year.

Billing is by blocks of 10,000 analyses a month, and a partial block counts as a whole block: 3,000 analyzed conversations is one block, 10,001 is two. Our position
