EchoAnalyst · the report library

Fourteen reports.
Every conversation read.

EchoAnalyst reads every qualifying conversation about a minute after it closes and turns what it finds into fourteen reports, from prayer and Scripture to safeguarding and ministry health. Reporting no ministry has ever had before.

What Works

Which practices actually move seekers here, ranked by measured lift?

Every ministry has convictions about what works. This report replaces conviction with measurement: every practice your team can choose (pray, share testimony, open Scripture, engage the barrier) ranked by how much more seekers actually move when it happens. Your own conversations become your best training material, and the report is honest enough to say when a difference is association, not cause.

Seeker Postures

Where do our seekers start, and what happens for each posture?

You cannot shepherd people you cannot see. For the first time, see exactly who is reaching out, from hostile to already believing, and what happens for each group: movement, actions, prayer. When you can see how your hardest audience responds, next month's coaching writes itself.

Seeker Barriers

What stands between our seekers and God, and is it being addressed?

Seekers rarely announce what stands between them and God. It surfaces mid-conversation, and until now it vanished when the chat closed. This report gathers every barrier into seven defined categories, shows whether your team engaged it, and measures what happened when they did. It is the closest thing you will ever have to a map of your mission field.

Harvest

What happened to the people who said yes?

A yes is a beginning, not an ending. Harvest follows every person who said yes (salvation prayers, rededications, commitments to read Scripture, attend church, be followed up) and tells you which need outside support and which closes were weak. Nobody who said yes falls through the cracks unseen again.

Prayer

How often do we pray with seekers, and what do we see when we do?

Prayer is your ministry's heartbeat, and it has never had a report. See how often prayer is offered, how often the seeker actually prays, and what your conversations look like when it happens versus when it doesn't. Most teams have never once seen that difference in their own numbers.

Scripture Impact

Which Scriptures move seekers, and how well is the Word being handled?

Which passages actually reach the people you serve? This report lists every Scripture your team shares, how often, and what followed, so the verses that move your seekers stop being a hunch and become something you can teach.

Crisis & Safeguarding

How much crisis weight did we carry, and was it handled well?

Some conversations carry real weight: a visitor in crisis, a possible minor, a boundary crossed. Every one is screened within about a minute of closing and tiered from Critical to Informational, so leadership reviews the right conversations first instead of finding out weeks later. This is the report that lets you sleep.

Resource Governance

What left the platform, does it align with our doctrine, and what personal information was shared?

Everything your responders share (links, resources, contact details) in one governed view: what left the platform, whether it aligns with your doctrine, and what personal information appeared. Accountability that used to mean reading every transcript, now standing ready every morning.

Training Examples

Which conversations should we teach from?

Your best training material already exists. It is in your own conversations. This report finds the model examples for each of the eleven skills, plus the multi-skill standouts and praise reports, and puts them on a shelf ready for the next team night.

Training Plan

What should we train on, and who needs it most?

Stop training on generalities. This report reads every conversation, ranks the training themes by how many responders need them, and names who would benefit most, with real moments from your own conversations as the curriculum. Your next training night is already planned.

Channel Effectiveness

Which channels and sources bring conversations that actually go somewhere?

Every channel costs something: money, volunteers, attention. See which channels and sources bring conversations that actually go somewhere: movement, prayer, professions, not just volume. Spend the next outreach dollar where the fruit is.

Responder Reviews

How is this responder doing, and what should they work on next?

A written performance review for any responder over any date range: strengths, coaching areas, week-by-week trends, team comparison, with the evidence conversations linked for every claim. What used to take a coach an hour per conversation now arrives written, for every responder on the team.

Ministry Health

How healthy is the whole ministry right now, and versus last period?

Seeker Journeys

What has one seeker's whole path with us looked like?

One person's whole path with your ministry, on one page: every conversation, their movement over time on the Journey Arc, and what remains unaddressed. When someone asks "whatever happened with…", this is the answer.

One analysis feeds them all

Every report draws on the same reading of every conversation

About a minute after a conversation closes, EchoAnalyst reads the whole transcript and records what a coach would: eleven skill scores, the seeker's posture and barriers, prayer, Scripture, Gospel elements, actions taken, and the one measure nobody has ever had: spiritual movement.

The fourteen reports are fourteen ways of looking at that one body of evidence.

Every qualifying conversation, about a minute after it closes, against one shared Gospel-centred rubric.

Why these reports are possible now

The review gap closes completely

A careful human review takes an hour, and a ministry can hold hundreds of thousands of conversations a year. So almost nothing was ever reviewed, and nobody could see patterns across the whole ministry.

Every report on this page exists because that arithmetic changed: all of it is read now, one conversation in a thousand became every conversation.

From the white paper

Every yes is traced through the funnel

EchoAnalyst follows each conversation from Gospel presented to an action taken to a profession of faith, and records which of the nine core Gospel elements were shared, so you see not just whether the Gospel is going out, but how completely.

Six kinds of yes are tracked, and each links back to its conversation.

  • Salvation prayer
  • Rededication
  • Commitment to explore
  • Agreed to read Scripture
  • Agreed to attend church
  • Requested follow-up

The always-on sentinel

Five tiers, so Critical is never buried

As it reads each transcript, EchoAnalyst screens for crisis, criminal concerns and boundary violations, independent of the score, and files every finding in one of five priority tiers.

Critical is deliberately reserved for what demands immediate intervention, so the list your leaders review first is never buried in routine noise.

It reads every conversation, even at 3 AM on Christmas morning, and raises a flag whenever something needs a human.

Pricing

Simple math for a whole new level of reporting

EchoAnalyst pricing

$100 per 10,000 analyzed conversations, each month

Billing is by blocks of 10,000 analyses a month, and a partial block counts as a whole block: 3,000 analyzed conversations is one block, 10,001 is two. All fourteen reports are included, and the computed reports run as often as you like at no extra cost. Turn EchoAnalyst on or off from inside your account.

$100/mo2,500 conversations analyzed
$100/mo10,000 conversations analyzed
$300/mo25,000 conversations analyzed

What counts as a conversation

Only real exchanges are analyzed, and only analyzed conversations are billed

A conversation qualifies for analysis once both sides have sent a minimum number of messages, and the minimum depends on the channel. A greeting that goes nowhere is skipped rather than scored unfairly, and a skipped conversation is never billed. Phone and voice conversations aren't analyzed yet, so they are never billed either.

Email: 1 message each way

One from the seeker and one from your team. Email carries whole letters, so a single round trip is a real exchange.

Website chat: 3 messages each way

Chat moves in short bursts, so it takes three from each side before there is something worth evaluating.

Every other channel: 2 messages each way

SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and the rest: two from the seeker and two from your team.

Two reference guides come with them

So a number never arrives without its definition

Both reports and guides sit in the same place inside Echo. A leader who sees "relational barrier" on a chart can open the guide and read what it means and what it sounds like in a real conversation, without asking anyone.

Barrier definitions

What each seeker barrier means, with the moments it sounds like.

Posture guide

How the reports are built

Read the paper behind them

The rubric, the movement scale, the alert tiers and the calibration loop are all published, including the three times the rubric was recalibrated in production because it was getting something wrong.
