Echo is not liable when a platform outside Echo, such as WhatsApp or Meta, goes down. Our terms of service set out that each third-party integration is governed by that platform's own terms. Our status page separates Echo's own components from partner platforms, so you can see at a glance whether it is something we can fix or a partner outage we are aware of. If you need more than that snapshot, it is your responsibility to work directly with that platform.
