The Call Details Report

A list of every call in a date range with who took it, how long it lasted, how long the caller waited, the recording and how it ended.

2 minute read

The Call Details report is the call log. When a number on another report looks wrong, or you need to find one particular call and hear it, this is where you look.

Where to find it

Click Reports, open the Calls group in the left sidebar and click Call Details.

What the measurements mean

TermWhat it means
Connected durationTime with a responder on the line.
Hold timeTotal call time minus connected duration.
Connection attemptEach time Echo offered the call to a responder. A call offered to three people before someone answered has three.
Verified Caller IDWhether the call arrived with a caller ID verification result attached by the carrier (STIR/SHAKEN).

What to keep in mind

  • A call recording is a seeker's voice. Listen to it, and share it, with the same care as a conversation.
  • A call's status values include complete, hangup, unanswered, in_progress, queued, connecting, claimed and blocked.

Did this answer your question?

  1. Call and Chat Quotas

A quota limits how often one person can reach you on the phone or on web chat. It is how a ministry protects its volunteers from a repeat caller without blocking them by hand.

  2. The Calls Overview Report

Your phone calls at a glance: call times, answer rate, outcomes, statuses, and how calls split across your numbers.

  3. The Calls Live Dashboard

A screen that updates itself and shows who is ready to take calls, who is on a call, who is waiting in line and the last 30 calls.

  4. The Missed Calls Report

How many calls went unanswered, when in the day they arrived, and how long the caller waited before giving up.
