About this course
One lesson for every new responder: claiming a conversation, answering it, and closing it well. Send it to a volunteer before their first shift.
What you'll be able to do afterwards
- Claim a conversation from the inbox and answer it in your own words
- Know what the blue and red dots mean, and reply before a seeker waits too long
- Hide a conversation you are waiting on, or hand it to someone else
- Close a conversation with an outcome, a tag and a note for the next responder
