How EchoGlobal Works

All of your ministry's conversations in one place.

Simple for volunteers • Effortless reporting • Secure for everyone

Every conversation arrives in one shared inbox and is claimed by a real person, so you can say for certain that everyone who reached out has heard back.

Every channel

One inbox for all your conversations

Your responders stop switching apps, and messages stop hiding in an account only one person can see.

See all integrations & channels

Channel is a label on the conversation, not a separate inbox. Facebook and Instagram messages, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and web chat all land in the same inbox, and you can sort it to see the oldest message or the newest, whichever fits your workflow.

Comments on your posts and videos get their own Social Media area. And nothing lives on a responder's personal phone any more.

Echo filtering

Every conversation to the people who can answer it

Echo's filters send each new conversation to the team that can answer it, by its language, the channel it came in on, where the seeker is, or the words in the message.

How permissions and filtering work

Put your responders into groups: the ones who speak Arabic, the ones who cover a region, the follow-up team. Then write the rules that send each new conversation to the group that can answer it.

Each responder sees what their groups are given, so nobody scrolls past conversations they cannot answer to find the ones they can. If one lands with the wrong team, it can be transferred to the right people.

No more double answers

Always know who's answering

In Echo, responders claim conversations instead of waiting to be assigned one, so each goes to someone ready to answer it right away, and everyone can see who has it.

The most common mix-up is not that nobody replies. It is that two people reply and three assume somebody else did. Once a responder claims a conversation, everyone can see it is theirs.

Claim, respond, close, or transfer. Every conversation carries its own history, whatever channel it started on, so the next responder reads what already happened instead of asking the seeker to repeat it. Anyone coming on shift can see what is still open.

In their language

Echo works in any language

A message arrives in Echo in the language the seeker wrote it in.

A responder in Beirut works in Arabic, a responder in São Paulo works in Portuguese, and neither has to answer in a second language at midnight.

The interface mirrors properly for right-to-left languages. It is fully translated into 58 languages today, and on the Grow and Multiply plans you can provide your ministry's missing languages.

One-click reporting

Your whole ministry in one report

Run one report and see everything happening across your ministry, every channel at once, instead of pulling numbers from each app and adding them up by hand.

And the report is already written

Or narrow it to a single channel when you need the specifics. Either way, every number comes from the same place.

Questions we get about the inbox

Before you switch

Most are answering by the end of one session. If a volunteer can text, they can take conversations in Echo, and Echo Academy covers the rest in short videos they can watch on a phone.

They stay yours. Echo connects to your ministry's own WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram accounts  so the messages arrive in your Inbox.

They can hand it over with a transfer, and the whole history travels with it. What they cannot do is answer over the top of each other without knowing, which is the thing that made seekers get two different replies.
