About EchoGlobal

No one who asks about Jesus should go unanswered

Ministries juggle a dozen apps, and seekers slip through the cracks. Echo brings every conversation into one inbox, so no seeker goes unanswered and your team can finally see the fruit.

Why we exist

A missed message is a person who never heard back

Somebody reaches out on the hardest day of their life: a message at midnight, a call after a broadcast, a comment under a video. On the other end is a ministry with more heart than capacity, answering across six apps and four phones, hoping nothing fell through.

That is not an admin problem. It is the whole reason Echo exists.

What we believe about the work

  • The person reaching out is the point, not the platform or the dashboard
  • Volunteers are not staff. Tools that require training they will never get are useless
  • Ministries in dangerous places deserve better than software designed for call centers
  • Leaders should be able to say, with certainty, that everyone was answered

Why ministries trust us

We do this work too

We know what it feels like to watch messages pile up while people wait for an answer, because we run digital ministry every day. Echo is the tool we needed, built for ministry rather than a call-center product with a cross painted on it.

Ministries including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, OneHope and the International Mission Board have run hundreds of millions of messages through Echo. The chat widget on this site is Echo's own. We answer you on the product we are asking you to buy.

The words we use

Seekers, responders, ministries, fruit

Language is not decoration here. Somebody who reaches out is a seeker, not a lead. The person answering is a responder, not an agent. A conversation is not a ticket, and it does not get closed. It gets answered, and sometimes it goes somewhere.

Seekers

The people reaching out to you. Never leads.

Responders

Your team, usually volunteers. Never agents.

Conversations

What actually happens. Never tickets.

Fruit

What came of it. The reason for the reporting.
